Our experienced housekeeping team strictly follow premium hotel standard cleaning and flipping procedures. According to the landlord, we could either use your on-site laundry or arrange our commercial laundry facility for your linen / towel cleaning needs. Each time we perform a thorough inventory check of all your items that guests may need. We watch these items to ensure they are always full, otherwise, our staff instantly replaces them while on location. We suggest keep us a locked storage for this convenience.

Canmore short term rentals

First of all, you want to understand if your house or unit is permitted to use as short-term rental. If your property is not designated by the Town of Canmore as a tourist home – you can’t rent it out as a short-term stay. The following map shows tourist home district. The green or purple zones are a permitted or discretionary use in almost all the commercial and mixed-use districts, such as along Bow Valley Trail and Railway Avenue. The Town’s Land Use Bylaw identifies zones where tourist homes may or may not be allowed to operate. However, within the zones there may be only certain buildings or locations that allow tourist homes. For details, please contact us or refer to land use by law from the town website.

Multifamily Units

Multifamily unit is a classification of housing where multiple separate living units for residential inhabitants are contained within one building or several buildings within one complex. Multifamily unit is the most common property type as short-term rental in Canmore.

RV / Trailers

Living in a settled full service hooked up travel trailer is a unique experience in the rockies. Feeling in a hotel style room, all bedding, towels, supplies are included, full bathroom was hot water supplied, full kitchen, air conditioning and furnace are functioning well for hot afternoon and cool night.

    Cabins

    Wood log cabin with some bedding space on the roof is family friend and absolutely the kids favorite. Cabins and Yurts are movable to be settled on a regular camping site, fully hooked up.

    Great place to stay with easy access to Banff and walking distance to Canmore centre. Great communication from the team would definitely recommend this place for younger couples or friends who are looking for a base to visit the local area. My wife loved the resident rabbits that were all around the area.

    My wife and I spent 5 days in the cabin and had a wonderful time. I have never seen so many rabbits, the cutest rabbits live under the cabin and in the area and are so relaxing to watch. The mountain views are gorgeous even on rainy days. The Canmore location gave us easy access to Banff, Lake Louise and beyond and not nearly as expensive as accommodations in those areas.

    The camper is very comfortable (for a camper!) with a fire pit and picnic table outside, to complement the full kitchen inside (stove, oven, and microwave). The entire stay was perfect! Easy walking distance to good restaurants, or to more casual restaurants in the town center. Great value, given the price of hotel rooms or other Airbnb accommodation in the area!
